2002

The Beginning of a Vision
Every great journey begins with a dream. In 2002, Sai Industries Fire Safety Solution was founded with just 3–4 dedicated individuals and a tiny 65 sq. ft. office space. With limited resources but unlimited determination, we started laying the foundation of what would become a pioneering company in fire protection solutions.
2008

Building the First Milestone
As our reputation grew, so did our team and capabilities. By 2008, we proudly acquired our first owned office of 125 sq. ft., expanding our workforce to 13 professionals. This was a turning point where our small family began to evolve into a well-structured organization, driven by the trust of our growing clientele.
2013

A Leap Towards Excellence
In just five years, our dedication fueled extraordinary growth. In 2013, we moved into a spacious 865 sq. ft. office and expanded our team to 70 talented members. This expansion not only marked physical growth but also highlighted our emergence as a recognized and reliable fire safety solutions provider.
2020

Expanding Horizons
With projects increasing across multiple sectors, our operations needed stronger support. In 2020, we invested in a 2,500 sq. ft. godown space, ensuring faster supply, efficient storage, and seamless project execution. This strategic step reinforced our ability to serve clients with unmatched speed and quality.
2023

Rising as an Industry Leader
Our journey reached a remarkable milestone in 2023 when we proudly established our 2,200 sq. ft. corporate office. With a dedicated and skilled team of 235 professionals, we became one of the leading Class A Licensed Agencies form Maharashtra Fire Services in the Fire Protection Industry. Today, we stand as a symbol of trust and excellence, delivering world-class fire safety solutions across India.

It gives me a great pleasure to introduce you to our group of companies – Sai Industries, SI Fire Engineers Pvt. Ltd., ESSAC India, as we celebrate continued success since 2002; I would like to reflect back over the various achievements and milestones which included many ‘first’ in the industry. I decided to setup a Fire Safety Solutions company with initial focus on Safety First, to create a Fire Safe Environment, End to End Solutions providers. Since then, we have grown into a company with a diverse portfolio of services that includes Supply and Installation on Turnkey basis all types of Fire Detection and Protection Systems and we excel in the Preventive Maintenance of these Systems. We undertake Fire Audits, as per Fire Prevention & Life Safety Act 2006 along with Fire Mock Drills. Our success in building a company with a clean track record is a direct result of our focus on quality and long-term strategic approach in everything we do. This customer focused approach has resulted in long-term repeat business with our main clients. I am indebted to the management of my company who rendered their invaluable support over the years placing its wheels on the track to become a company of choice. I have firm belief that unless and until our internal customers to whom I refer as family members are not satisfied, we won’t be able to satisfy our external customers. Today we are very thankful to be recognized as a Class ‘A’ Category Licensed Agency from Directorate of Maharashtra Fire Services (Govt. of Maharashtra) Our business model is designed to give customers a premium service with the aim to develop a strong long-term business relationship.

Worked for Fire Product Manufacturing Company for 3 years.

Jointed Sai Industries as Technical Sales Head in 2012 & want on to be Board Member.

With Good Technical & Sales Knowledge, he led the Company to scale new heights & made a mark of Sai Industries in the Fire & Safety Industry.

Developed base of Major Residential Projects along with the Industries Projects. Presently leading “SAI INDUSTRIES” company, pioneers in Fire Systems Provider company on turnkey basis with a team of 180+ on-roll staff, 300-350 on-contract staff and executing projects of more than Rs. 30 Cr.
